Overview
Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ was founded durring the early 19th century in late fall of the year 1829, by Achassien Merwin. The establishment of Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Achassien Merwin struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ as a prison colony.
Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 19th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of crampt cobblestone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Kèr Tsdiiiē̼ seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are smiling, quietly exchanging words with a friend, or simply enjoying the day as they work. It reminds you of an evening at home as everyone dined, having run out of things to talk about and embraced the savory meal before them.
